1. *No Refund after Export:*

- Once a shipment is exported from India, refunds will not be provided under normal circumstances.

2. *Address Change Charges:*

- Customers may request an address change after the shipment has been exported from India.
- Address change charges will apply, and customers will be responsible for covering these additional fees.

3. *Return to Origin Charges:*

- If a shipment needs to be returned to the origin due to reasons such as undeliverable address or refusal by the recipient, the following charges will apply:
- Export and import charges for the shipment.
- Custom duties, if any, incurred during the return process.
- These charges will be billed to the customer, and the shipment will be processed accordingly upon receipt.
